The closest bus stops are "Florian-Geyer-Straße" (lines 22, 23, 24, 25 and 29) which is approx. 700 m away and "Beethovenstraße" (linie 21) which is approx. 500 m away. The former address of the student residence was Niederwerrner Straße 96.

Description

The dormitory is located on the former conversion site. It has been used as a dormitory primarily for incoming full-time students since 2016.

Type of Housing

This student residence usually provides the following types of housing:

• Single apartments 
  The tenant lives alone in a private room and has a kitchenette and bathroom of her/his own.
• Single rooms in a shared apartment for 2 persons (first floor to 2nd floor)
  (Shared flat/shared living group/shared flat for two people)
  The apartment is shared by two tenants. Each tenant has a private, lockable room. The kitchen and bathroom are used by both tenants.
• Single rooms in shared apartment for 2 persons (3rd floor = attic)
  (Shared flat/shared living group/shared flat for two people)
  The apartment is shared by two tenants. Each tenant has a private, lockable room and uses their own kitchen. The two tenants share the bathroom (shower/WC).

The rental of single rooms within a shared apartment is independent of the gender of the individual residents. Therefore, it is possible, that within a shared apartment, there can be living either men only or women only or men and women together. The same applies to ethnic origin, religion, belief, disability, age and sexual orientation.
